Absolutely incredible! This place serves some of the best Neapolitan pizza in Paris I’ve ever had — perfectly charred crust, fresh ingredients, and bursting with authentic Italian flavor. The panuozzo was a total surprise: warm, crispy on the outside, soft inside, and stuffed with delicious fillings.

UNE HONTE.

Je n’ai jamais vécu une expérience aussi aberrante dans un restaurant.

Nous étions plusieurs à table et dans l’un des plats… il y avait un BOULON. Oui, un boulon en métal, au milieu de l’assiette. Et non, ce n’est pas une blague. C’est extrêmement dangereux, on aurait pu s’étouffer ou s’intoxiquer. Le plus choquant ? Aucune réaction du restaurateur : pas de plat changé, pas de dédommagement, rien. Juste un petit “c’est pas ma faute, c’est tout préparé”. Ah, donc non seulement c’est pas maison, mais en plus on vous sert de la malbouffe industrielle potentiellement contaminée ?

Cerise sur le gâteau : le monsieur a ouvert un sachet de ketchup avec ses dents avant de le servir. En pleine ère post-Covid, c’est tout simplement inacceptable niveau hygiène.

Quand on a poliment demandé au moment de payer un geste commercial (ne serait-ce que pour le plat avec le boulon !), on s’est heurté à un refus catégorique.

Bref : manque de professionnalisme, d’hygiène, de respect du client. Si vous tenez à votre santé, fuyez...
