Perfect , feels like you’ve stepped back in time with the beautiful old architecture surrounding square and the tables situated underneath the trees with the chirps of the beetles. A bit off the mainstream Avignon spots which makes it even better. We went to this wine and tapas place two nights in a row, it is that good. I’d had a wonderful wine at lunch in a different restaurant. The owner showed us a comparable wine which was delicious. We had a light dinner of selected local cheeses. The following evening my husband asked about a wine that wasn’t on the menu. The owner had something! Superbe découverte (mercredi 13 avril) (loin des pièges à touristes, sur la place devant le palais des papes), nous avons préféré cette sympathique place. L'accueil à été au top, il était 14h) par le gérant. Cet établissement propose du "fait maison avec des produits frais" . Nous avons opté pour une planche à charcuterie pour l'apéro ( bons produits goûteux). Cet établissement étant également un bar à vin, nous avons été très bien conseillé, mon amie voulant un vin fruité, à pû goûter plusieurs vins avant de faire son choix. Les plats : les femmes ont pris des brochettes de poulet sauce teriyaki accompagnées de linguine et poivrons, quant aux hommes ils ont choisis la seiche persillée accompagnée de riz noir et d'une...... Pour le dessert il y a eu une tarte au citron, 2 tiramisus au café (avec de l'amaretto).
