The service was bad, we waited for pizzas for 1 hour while customers who came after us got served, ate and paid before we even got our drinks. Drinks were served only after a gentle inquiry at the bar about our order. The waitress apparently took it personally and was uncomfortably rude fot the rest of our meal stay. The pizza was rushed and came our burned at the crisp while the sauce in the middle was still a bit cool. The price was decent but the place is genuinely not worth it even if they gave out...

My wife and I arrived late in Avignon after a terrible train journey and tried to find somewhere to eat that was still open - we got refused at a few places but Le Pili was open and welcomed us. The linguine with salmon was perfectly cooked and a delight after a long day traveling. We returned two days later and tried the pizza (thin crust La Reine) which was huge and perfect, and also the Dorade fish and vegetables, again perfectly cooked and presented. First of all we've took a two places outside. There was no information about reservation, nothig. One guy has come and said that this place is busy and propose us seats in a garden. We have orderd 2 pizzas, and something to drink. After 25 minutes I've asked waiter for a food, he said that's coming in five minutes. It really came, two burned pices of disgusting and disapointing something. I paid and gone. No sorry, no nothing, thanks guys, all was very professional....
