My Karma — Restaurant in Bastia

The concept of this take away is quite interesting and innovative. The food is already pre-cooked and is placed in a refrigerator. Thanks to that you can have a look on your meal before you buy it. Franchement, c'est cher pour pas grand chose.

Ce n'est pas catastrophique (ce qui aurait été étonnant vu la réputation) mais on est très loin des bons sushis qu'on peut trouver sur le continent.

Le riz est en trop grande quantité, pas assez vinaigré (et de la mauvaise manière), les poissons sont coupés à la va-vite et n'ont pas un goût incroyable (ils sont frais néanmoins).

Sur l'accueil, je ne vais pas me prononcer vu que le personnel change très régulièrement (surtout en saison). Mais dans mon cas, c'était très bien, très cordial et sympathique.

En soi, c'est un constat partagé par l'immense majorité des restaurants à sushis mais bon. On s'étonne un peu vu le prix.

Le Karma aura au moins eu l'intérêt de populariser le sushi dans tout Bastia alors que l'offre était extrêmement pauvre. Une petite montée en gamme ne serait...

Way overpriced for the options however that's kind of to be expected being in this area. It's very good and the crunchy rolls are my preferred sushi. The cantonnais riz is also super good (but expensive!). Staff is very friendly...
