I went to this restaurant casually. I was walking with my girlfriend when a rainstorm arrived, and we walked in. We found a perfect atmosphere and very kind people.
As a starter, we ordered a dish of langoustines and prawns that were the best we ever ate: fresh and tasteful.
As a main dish, I ordered a "Cotê de Veau Corse", a very good steak of Corse beef. The taste was very good, the portion was abundant, and the side dishes were a salad and french fries.
My girlfriend ordered a Salmon Fillet served with a jam of currant and blueberries. Initially, she was unsure about the combination, but she discovered a tasteful and delicious dish once she tried it. Her side dishes were roasted potatoes and a salad, both tasteful and very well cooked.
During the dinner, the storm that motivated us to enter increased its strength, so the city was locked to prevent any problems. We stayed inside the restaurant and received the help of the owner/manager (Jean Paul), who gently called us a taxi.
Unfortunately, no taxis were available, and one of the waitresses offered us a lift with her car to our hotel. We found a fantastic restaurant and a place that will remain in our hearts. Thanks a lot.
PS: Jean-Paul thank you for putting my favorite song, Oltremare by Ludovico Einaudi, it was the perfect soundtrack for the storm.

Read moreDo NOT go there. Truly disappointing. We had high hopes given the location, but sadly, the reality fell short of expectations. We ordered the fish of the day, expecting something fresh and well-prepared, but instead, it arrived cold, tasteless, and poorly cooked. It was far from the quality you would anticipate, especially given the price.
The accompanying salad was another letdown. It was clear that it hadn’t been washed properly, and I could feel sand.
To add insult to injury, the bill was SHOCKINGLY high. We were charged €48 for that fish, quite frankly, one of the worst meals I’ve had in a long time. It’s clear that this restaurant is more focused on exploiting tourists than delivering any semblance of...
Read moreWe had a mixed experience in this restaurant. In the end, the long waiting times prevailed over everything. While we saw staff chatting with their regular customers we had a hard time to catch their attention to pay. Some people who ordered after us got served first. From the start on we didn't feel as welcome anymore when we ordered the good value menus. I guess they'd prefer to sell us higher priced items. The food was not bad but the portions were on the smaller side. Overall, the younger staff was friendly and helpful, but the seniors just couldn't hide their disappointment. Better look for another restaurant in the port, there are plenty of them. PS: They didn't check the green pass, neither inside...
