Bleached was our favorite coffee shop in Biarritz, coffee and food are simple but tasty, and the ambiance is cool and retro. They serve natural wine as well. The baristas working there are friendly and helpful, and won’t rush you out.

This spot is outside of the main part of town, which is a good thing! A nice quiet break from the main stretch of shops by the beach, which can get quite crowded. Don’t miss the cool surf-y boutique...

Bien planqué dans les ruelles de bibi beau rivage, le mood café a tout pour séduire : service très sympa, petite terrasse ensoleillée et carte qui nous régale ! Le midi, la petite assiette se partage (ou pas) poisson, viande, légumes, il y en a pour tous les goûts. On a craqué pour le crudo de mulet noir fenouil et orange (le poisson est frais, aurait mérité une découpe un poil plus fine, et l'anisé du fenouil émincé croquant se marie parfaitement aux suprêmes d'orange), pour le bun brioché pastrami coleslaw (pain moelleux, chou croquant bien assaisonné, pastrami équilibré), et enfin des petites asperges vertes cuites à point et leur sauce hollandaise incroyable.
