I couldn't rate 0 stars unfortunately. We are tourists from London. We were refused entry by staff at the demand of the manager, without any reason initially given. This was inexplicable, a total surprise. Eventually a barman found us outside and repeated the manager wanted us out; as we were so confused, we felt compelled to ask if the refusal was because we are a gay couple. At that point we were told the manager had said one of us was acting drunk (neither of us had had anything to drink at that point), and the barman further denied they would ever refuse a gay couple. Given we were not drunk, problematic, aggressive, rude, or different from other customers in any other way, it is difficult to be persuaded. This ruined our trip...

Very nice atmosphere on a busy corner, friendly waiter, ideal for a break when wandering in the city. Very cheap compared to other places and extremely tasty food. We ordered padron peppers and special fries. I recommend this place. You can trust all the reviews...
