P'Tit Père — Restaurant in Bobigny

Discovered this place when I moved to Pre Saint Gervais some months ago and what I can say is mainly an average normal bakery-pastry.

Pastries aren't a massive thrill for the price, I should say more between average if you consider a good pastry, but nothing glorious should say...!

Anyways everything was fine when a trio of women was serving - they were funny and really nice and polite, but since the owner is back in the store (worst ever decision...!) it's a real nightmare... She's rude, lack of education and not able to deal with normal rush on busy hours.

Just for the record you're not "La Tour d'Argent" or something like that, so stay at your level of a just bellow average suburban bakery, keep this in mind and really chill.

Queue in front of your store is not because your pastries are stunning, far beyond that, it's only due to the fact that you're so slow and unable to deal with rush on busy hours.

For the record you're 3 people in the store for 3 clients and not able to manage it, I found it quite ridiculous... Lunch menu is one sandwich, one pastry and one drink - all of them already prepared and ready to be served, so if you're not able to compose a menu and deal with 10 people queuing outside, I should say you should let others do better and stay home or do something else than dealing with clients face off...!

I was buying twice a week for more than 35 € each time so let you do the calculation on how you're loosing acting as such...

BOULANGERIE ARROGANTE, DESAGREABLE ET MEPRISANTE AVEC LE CLIENT Le boulanger du P'tit Père est peut être un amoureux du pain mais le personnel est arrogant, méprisant avec le client (malgré et surtout après que celui-ci ait patienté sur une file d'attente).

Gare à vous si vous émettez la moindre remarque, car ce personnel se permet des réflexions comme "c'est comme ça, et voilà c'est tout". Le pain est servi en le CLAQUANT sur le comptoir comme ces garçons de café désagréables qui vous le claquent avec froideur.

Pour cette raison, je ne remettrais jamais les pieds dans cet établissement dénommé "P'tit Père" du Pré Saint-Gervais. On peut être un boulanger de passion mais cela ne suffit pas selon moi.

Car, je préfère une boulangerie avec des gens sympas que ce personnel que je viens de subir, et qui s'est permis devant la clientèle entière de dire "adieu, je vous dis bien adieu" à un client.

J'irais ailleurs et je ne donnerai pas mon argent à ce genre de personnes. Ma note réelle est par conséquent 0 = ZERO.

D'ailleurs, je ne suis apparemment pas le seul à me plaindre du manque de sourir et de la froideur au sein de cette boulangerie. Il suffit de le constater sur d'autres sites ce qui fera (peut être ) ouvrir les yeux de ceux qui servent mal le client.

Ce qui est servi aux clients est de la NOURRITURE et non de la pierre. En outre, les clients ne sont pas des animaux. Qu'ils ne s'inquiètent donc pas, CETTE BOULANGERIE JE NE LA RECOMMANDE PAS pour son service et je n'y remettrai JAMAIS les pieds.

Cet établissement représente ce que je ne veux pas voir et que je souhaite oublier. En tant que client, je donne mon avis pour information à ceux que cela intéresserait et préfère donner mon argent à d'autres que je considère.
