LE TIGRR PALACE — Restaurant in Bonneville

Terrible experience. Tasteless precooked food by the very high price. We came at the restaurant at 19:00 on 28.12.2022. We were expecting the menu of the Tiger restaurant which we visited few times before and were satisfied every time we’ve been there. When we saw the menu we realized it’s not the same anymore but it was too late to go and find another restaurant and we decided to stay believing the quality of food will not disappoint because of the good experience in the past. We took the four set menu with the name Hong Kong Paradise. In reality it was not four but three course set. The first course was the watery stew with three ravioli. It was disappointing but we was hoping the next course will be better. But in reality the second and third set is actually one. They brought noodles with the beaf at the same time. We were very disappointed with the basic taste and precooked quality and asked to stop and quit the dessert. Restaurant manager came to us and wasn’t kind at all. He told us we have to pay for everything because the dessert was already prepared. If we don’t want to eat it in the restaurant we can take it at home. We didn’t have a choice and had to take it and it was prepared in advance, dry and basic quality chocolate tart with peanuts.. We were so upset and disappointed. It was special evening for me and my husband and it was ruined completely.

Terrible experience. No longer a Thai restaurant!! Horrible service, rude waiters, slow service and lousy food and all this for a price 2 times more expensive than last year when they had the original Thai food from le Tigrr. The owner has changed completely the concept of the Tigrr with the goal that it will be an exclusive Asian restaurant. Unfortunately there is not much of Asia left in the "plate" and the price way out of proportion even for Megève.... Don't fall in the trap as we did as the Tigrr you knew last year is no longer the Tigrr. I have downgraded it from 4 stars to one star. The client is the king guys not the other...

Deludente. Il Tigrr è sempre stato uno dei nostri ristoranti preferiti a Megève. Ora l’hanno fatto diventare un ristorante gastronomico per poter aumentare i prezzi ma in realtà la cucina fa schifo. Prima era MOLTO meglio. Menu ridotto con pochissima scelta e qualità scadente. Per mia nipote vegetariana non c’era NIENTE a parte delle verdure al vapore e delle linguine stracotte con dei funghi. Il tutto sembrava precotto. Terribile! Abbiamo ordinato i “soft shell crab” e ci e arrivato del granchio fritto unto e bisunto in una pastella che si staccava dal granchio mezzo crudo all’interno. Inmangiabile. La frittura di Mc Donald è migliore. I piatti successivi assolutamente non buoni. Abbiamo ordinato due bevande e ci hanno portato delle cannucce gia usate in bambù che non si riuscivano ad utilizzare perché erano tutte bucate e rotte… quando l’ho fatto notare al cameriere( maleducato) mi ha risposto che le cannucce in plastica sono vietate… ma quando uno spende 25 euro per un drink non ha diritto di avere una cannuccia NUOVA? Non c’è più ambiente, ristorante mezzo vuoto( normale, vista la qualità e i prezzi astronomici che non corrispondono al servizio ricevuto). Siamo rimasti delusi. Francamente...
