We went for the Sunday chicken and oysters. Reserved, arrived on time. No oysters. 25 minute wait to order and not even a bottle of water before then.
30 euros for half a chicken, with no leg or thigh, no flavour, no salt on the chips, and some so called mayonnaise thing that was so bland I thought I must have got COVID and lost my sense of taste. Alas, when I asked for some ketchup to try and redeem the mayonnaise, M Snobby McChartrons snootily replied that of course, they don't have anything like that at their establishment.
Bref, ate paid and got the hell out of there ASAP.

Without being pretentious there were very special dishes, well balanced and with fresh ingredients. The tartar with bone marrow was mellow and soft and the risotto with cod was as well.
