Le Txistu has a large outdoor covered terrace and ample indoor space. The menu includes a selection of hot and cold tapas. The assortment of hot tapas is a great way to taste a number of items that may be new to you. A must order is the chipirons (squid) that is breaded in a salt and pepper batter. Almost all of the food is made in house with the exception of a few items, including the Axoa. Axoa is a Basque speciality, slow cooked veal, that is made specially in Basque country and then transported to the restaurant.
