Was looking forward to this dining experience, however a bit disappointed, the menu online had not been updated. And the Saturday lunch menu was missing a vegetarian /or vegan option!! The server was very accommodating and offered 2 alternative options, however I ended up with a cheese plate ( which used up my once a month dairy option) My husband had the burger which he enjoyed. I always rate an establishment on the thought that goes into the menu and not catering to non meat eaters is inexcusable these days. I am not talking about rustling something up as an afterthought. They should always be an option on a good menu

L'eden Restoran a gelince, durum biraz hayal kırıklığı.

Menu oldukça kısıtlı. Ancak günü birlik servis konseptinde anlaya biliyoruz.

Öğlen servisinde siparişimiz eksik geldi ama ödedik ve sorun etmedik çünkü personel çok kibar ve ilgiliydi.

Ancak akşam yemeği tam bir rezalet ti. Kırmızı sakallı garson sanırım Fransizca konuşmamızdan çok rahatsızdı.

Sipariş almak için sanki 30saniye çokuzun bir zamanmışgivi davranmaya gerek yoktu. Biz siparişi bitiremeden ayrıldı, sonra etrafta anlamsızca ve kibirli bir şekilde dolaştı, 15dk daha bekledik.

Sonra tekrar geldi asık bir suratla kabaca ve hızlıca siparişi aldı.

Gelen salatanın bir kısmı ermişti. 1 kadeh şarap için 4 defa sorduk ve en sonunda farklı garson dan yardim istedik.

Acaba Fransiz lar farklı ülkelere turistik ziyaretlerinde lokal dilleri öğreniyorlar mi ki herkesten Fransızca bilmesini bekliyorlar?

Burası uluslar arası bir havalimanı, yabancılarla muhatap olmak zorurunuza gidiyor ise, o zaman burada neden çalışıyorsunuz?

4 dil konuşuyorsunuz ama 2nci bir bili bile konuşamayan bir servis personelinin kabalığına maruz kalıyorsunuz ve bunun için ödeme yapıyorsunuz.

Bu çok kaba ve anlamsız bir durum.

Diğer personel çok ilgili ve kabardı ama bu başarısız 1 kişi yüzünden servise düşük puan...

While the service and presentation of the food was good, the taste was fairly bland. The bigger problem at this hotel is its orientation. The restaurant has big windows that face the evening sun. Even though it wasn't too hot, everybody didn't enjoy the glare. The poor staff had to position the outside parasols to solve it, and keep adjusting them as the sun...
