Les Chinois dĂ©jeunent ou dĂźnent souvent Ă  l'extĂ©rieur. C'est pourquoi on les rues et ruelles sont constellĂ©es de petites Ă©choppes oĂč on cuisine les plats Ă  l'air libre. C'est dans le droit fil de cette tradition que le Petit Wok s'est installĂ© au dĂ©but de la rue du Palais Gallien, Ă  deux pas de la place Gambetta. Ici on cuisine devant vous, vous commandez, vous rĂ©glez et en 5 Ă  10 minutes vous ĂȘtes servis. Les plats sont typiques et prĂ©parĂ©s avec des produits frais. Vous le voyez bien puisque la cuisine est ouverte sur la salle. L'Ă©tablissement est de taille modeste. Certes au fond de la salle quelques menus objets sont entassĂ©s. Qu'importe. J'ai dĂźnĂ© sur des caisses en bois tant en Afrique, qu'au YĂ©men ou qu'en Asie. Cela ne m'a pas gĂȘnĂ©. Vous dĂ©jeuner rapidement pour moins de 11 €. Un plat est copieux et suffit Ă  apaiser une grosse faim. Quelques tables sont Ă©galement installĂ©es Ă  l'extĂ©rieur. Souvent quand je passe la journĂ©e Ă  Bordeaux c'est ici que je viens dĂ©jeuner.
