We had a lovely dinner on our first evening in Bordeaux. It was a bit of a lucky find as my wife wanted to go for something light. The menu was a great mix of classics and modern food with Asian influences.
As a starter i had the carrot coconut veloute which was excellent. My main was the paupillete de veau with an awesome sauce. Usually I avoid mustard sauce but this one was mild and tasty nonetheless. Excellent! My wife opted for the Thai salad, which was nice, fresh, colorful. Perfect for her, but the veal was better.
The desserts were a nice wrap-up. Overall a great price value. Food was awesome...
