Just walked into this restaurant after a visit to the cathedral with my family including a baby.
The baby chair was filthy. We had to clean it out with a tissue before letting our baby even sit on it. Babies lick everything and we had to physically restrain baby from even touching the chair sides!
The portion is so so tiny you could use a microscope to find it on your table! We ordered samosas - we received 2 pieces tinier than a small cherry tomato. They do not serve normal size samosas - only mini samosas. For the price you pay, this place could easily be more expensive than many Michelin star restaurants across the world!
For the price and quantity you would expect it to be the moat tasty Indian food in the world - WRONG! The food was a total disaster! We actually had to ask the restaurant if they were really Indian food. They said it is very Europeanized Indian food and that Europeans love this kind of food - we personally didn't think Europeans have this kind of pallette. Human beings don't have this kind of pallette!
Overall.. we were only visiting the city but if you live here, better to save money to experience other things in life rather than waste a single euro in this place! Hands down the worse Indian restaurant by far...
Read moreOur honest review is dated August 18, 2024. We visited the establishment after reading positive reviews on Google. However, our experience was disappointing.
Upon being seated, we were provided with dirty plates. These were returned and replaced with another set of dirty plates.
We then placed our order for food and drinks. The beer was served warm. The poppadoms were excessively oily. The main courses were also disappointing, particularly the chicken tikka masala, which was excessively oily.
We returned all of the food and were surprised to receive the full bill, which we were expected to pay in full.
Regrettably, our experience at this establishment, including our interaction with the owner, was unsatisfactory.
We understand that you may choose to disregard our review and visit the establishment, but we hope that our experience serves as a cautionary tale and potentially saves you the cost of a disappointing meal.

Read moreWould definitely not recommend this restaurant. We came in three hours before closing time, thinking to have a nice dinner to celebrate our first month together, what a disappointment it was. We were rushed as if we had half an hour left. Our plates got taken away while the other was still eating and there was no time between our three courses. We ended up eating three courses in about half an hour. In the end we were still finishing our bottle of wine and the music got cut off and almost all of the personel had left. The guy that did the closing started singing in another room. We almost expected the lights to be turned off too, so we paid and took the rest of our wine to go. The rest of the personel was very rude and the hygiene and food was questionable. Badly cleaned shrimp, and fish bones in the curry combined with stains on the glasses and knives. All in total makes for a very expensive joke since we decided to...
