I HAD A STEEL BLADE IN MY PLATE

I had diner with some friends in this restaurant. I ordered a fish dish with some rice, and in the rice there was a STEEL BLADE. I am so lucky I saw it and did not eat it

At the end of the meal (after merely apologizing for the blade, saying it was the fault of the vegetable cutter manufacturer) they also tried to charge me for the dish!!!! We couldn’t believe it. They should be thankful I did not sue them for having a blade...

La prima volta che un locale consigliato dalla guida Lonely Planet non rispetta le aspettative.

Locale carino, sul porto e accogliente. Servizio molto scarso. Abbiamo atteso circa 20min prima di avere il menù e una bottiglia di acqua. Menú solo in francese. Ordiniamo la birra e lasciano comunque sul tavolo (piccolo) i bicchieri del vino. Lumino a centro tavola scarico (quindi spento…inutile). Prima di mangiare abbiamo atteso 1h! cibo accettabile ma pieno di olio. Lo chef non c’era per cui hanno messo a cucinare due ragazzi (che forse poco prima servivano i tavoli). Per questo motivo l’unica cosa che potevi ordinare era carne o pesce alla griglia. Abbiamo ordinato una salsiccia Corsa con patatine fritte (tutto pieno di olio) e un mix grill di carne con insalata di pomodori (quantità scarsa e il pollo era freddo e mal cucinato). Unica cosa “buona” era l’insalata di pomodori, freschi!

Nonostante l’attesa, il problema con lo chef ed il cibo mal cucinato non hanno offerto caffè o amaro e nell’attesa hanno portato solo un po’ di pane stantio.

Capiamo il problema con lo chef ma forse avreste dovuto gestire meglio la situazione. Il vostro ristorante è consigliato su una guida molto popolare e dovreste far di tutto per mantenere un certo grado di qualità! Più attenti al ricavo di una sera che alla qualità e soddisfazione...

When we wanted to order a sausage for 5€ out of the menu, the waiter suggested us to take the sausage a la maison (not mentioned in the menu). We thought great - unfortunately we had to pay 13.50€ for this one sausage, whereas all other sausages were prized 5€.
