Burger King — Restaurant in Carcassonne

I was extremely hungry after a six hour drive to Carcassone… so I ordered a steak house burger meal and also the new petit toaste Chèvre Bacon. The burger was lovely. Very tasty, fresh salad and not too much burger sauce. Fries were fine but bland. The Toastie thing was an absolute farce! Two very thin pieces of toast - fair enough - a sloppy mess of goats cheese and two tiny (and I mean tiny like the size of two postal stamps) pieces of Bacon which weren’t even cooked as far as I could tell and were 70% white fat. The incredible thing was that the mama her was sat next to me on his laptop working. I showed him and said ‘this is disgusting and nothing like the picture’… he replied ‘Petit’!!! I said yes but 3.5€ is a fairly significant sum of money for something so terrible. He did not even seem embarrassed about this in his restaurant and just carried on chatting to a mate of his who had come in. No offer to replace it, refund it. Nothing. What a poor manager… I wish I had taken a photo of it before I ate half and chucked the rest in the trash! I will try and post the marketing picture… DONT...

It was one of the worst Burger Kings I have ever experienced. I ordered a cappuccino, but they gave me something that looked like milk mixed with water in a plastic, homogeneous cup—and it was only one-third full. This was the worst cappuccino I have ever seen. I asked them to replace it, and they gave me a café long instead, which wasn’t even that “long,” and they didn’t bother to mention or adjust for the price difference.

On top of that, we waited 15 minutes for my friend's order. It was only when we went to the counter to ask about it that they started preparing it—they hadn’t even noticed it was missing. I would not go to...

J'adoooore BK vs Macdo. De tout les BK que j'ai expérimenté il est bien bas, point d'amélioration essentiel et réalisable revoir les process de nettoyage et leur mise en application. Retours d'expériences sur deux passages.

Les bons points : Personnel souriant, aimable, réactif.

Les mauvais points : Temps d'attendre trop long, pour un menu king size simple sans modification de recette 15 minute d'attente. Table pas régulièrement nettoyées, aux deux passages impossible de m'asseoir là où j'aurai voulu. (Pas un seul nettoyage après 14h depuis 1 bonne heure) La zone jeux enfants ÉNORME ERREUR de l'avoir installé à l'intérieur, trop bruyant, les enfants joues à l'extérieur de la zone, les parents s'installent sur les places à l'opposé en recherche de tranquillité ... (Ce n'est pas que du civisme c'est à vous à faire respecter le règlement intérieur), sans compter la perte de M2 à l'intérieur. Vaisselle sale (douteuse) gobelet qui a comme des traces de colle à l'extérieur, très certainement une étiquette mais très douteux (coupe faim quand on y colle les doigts avec lesquels on mange) Tables individuelles collées au mur inconfortable, mur d'un côté, passage fréquent de l'autre ... Exterieur plus propre que l'intérieur. Interrupteur incendie à l'entrée caché par les poubelles détail réglementaire mais qui peut en dire long sur la philosophie du respect de la réglementation (qualité, hygiène, sécurité).

Vous avez la force de l'enseigne ça ne suffira...
