We had a fantastic dinner at LUM La Table in Vaison-la-Romaine. It’s a small, stylish spot with a warm, relaxed vibe — you can tell they really care about what they’re doing. The menu changes daily depending on what’s fresh, and everything is super seasonal and thoughtfully prepared.
We tried the Saint-Pierre and the gros dos de Sébaste, and both were perfectly cooked — delicate, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The service was friendly and helpful without being overbearing, and the whole experience just felt easy and enjoyable.
There’s also a little épicerie at the front with some of their favorite gourmet products, which was a nice touch. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area and looking for something refined but unpretentious....
