The card offers very limited vegetarian options, yet in some dishes, the meat is left out on request. The food was decent to good and the waitress was very friendly and did a good job. The one thing that is utterly unacceptable, though, is the chef. Hosting a group of 16, the guy had the audacity to decline making a salad with vegetables for one person who is lactose-intolerant and allergic to eggs, because it was 'too much effort', while there is a pasta salad with vegetables and burrata on the menu. Read moreUn grand moment de gastronomie… miniature. Je commande des moules frittes, je reçois des coquilles avec un souvenir de mollusque à l’intérieur (en moyenne 2 cm de chair, parfois moins – record personnel). Une assiette façon “mise en bouche”, sauf que c’était censé être le plat principal.

“On ne comprend pas, les clients ne se plaignent pas. Y en a même qui en laissent la moitié.” (Ça tombe bien, j’aurais pu faire pareil : il n’y avait rien à manger.)
Le patron ? Pas de geste, pas d’excuse, pas même l’ombre d’une solution Inébranlable. La satisfaction client semble être un concept abstrait ici.
Je passe sur le sachet essuie-main : totalement sec. Je demande un autre ? Sec aussi. Le patron me dit :
“Oui, on a des problèmes.” Mais visiblement, pas le projet de les régler.
