Chez Toshi — Restaurant in Charleville-Mézières

My partner and I tried to get a table on a Saturday but there were none available so we made reservations for Monday and we were both glad we did. We have been in Charleville-Mezieres for about 6 months now and have been wanting to try Chez Toshi since before we arrived. Well, it was definitely worth the wait. For fine dining in town, near Place Ducale, Chez Toshi is either my favorite or second favorite restaurant. We each had the prix fixe menu with the plat, entree and dessert. Each course was truly delectable and we argued with each other over whose dish was better for each course (I'm writing the review, so it was mine, have the beef).
