If I could I would give more stars. I received the advent calendar by post and what an amazing present to receive. Every single chocolate were executed to perfection. The praline, the croquant, the croustillant, the ganache, the perfect sweetness balance, scrumptious! The only thing I would mention is that I was not sure what to do or how to set the advent calendar. Also I would have love to have a list of the chocolate that were offered. I can not wait to visit in person next time I come to Chartres (in March). J'ai définitivement succomber à l'émotion...

We've been to this pastry shop several times and their mini pastries and tarts are always delicious! The pastry chefs have a great mastery of combining appealing and complex flavours and using various textures in their desserts. Your taste buds will appreciate the culinary adventure. Excellente pâtisserie. La tarte agrumes est très rafraîchissante sans être acide. Doux mélange entre l’orange et le pamplemousse. Le Marceau un délice de chocolat et vanille, juste équilibre entre les deux qui passe tout seul en bouche. Le Saint Germain, est un ajustement bien réalisé entre le chocolat noir, la vanille et le dulcey, toutes les textures s’y retrouvent pour une dégustation pleine de saveur. La tarte fruits rouges un incontournable à cette saison mais la pâte sablée est fabuleuse et les fruits frais apportent leur saveurs. J’ai eu la chance de déguster un « bonbon » maison (chocolat) yuzu chocolat noir une explosion en bouche, rien à dire juste à croquer, laisser fondre en bouche, et sentir les papilles s’exalter.
