Crep'Salads — Restaurant in Chartres

Loved it. We called in on a warm Saturday evening when the big frontage restaurants were very busy. We spotted Crep'Salads and just wanted a quick light meal after a long journey up from Dordogne. Waitress spoke excellent English, was friendly, humourous and engaging. I had the Sud-Ouest gallette, with duck and fois-gras (excellent!), while my partner ate a banana choc crepe. Excellent recipes! I enjoyed the shrimp/salmon/boursin crêpe, followed by dessert of a Nutella/banana crêpe. The cider was enjoyed highly by my company (I did not sample) and had a pleasant overall experience! I believe the owner was our server (according to our french "chauffer") and she was a wonderful host - truly made us feel welcomed. Will return when we return...
