In my humble opinion this is simply put the best restaurant in Cherbourg! The price to quality ratio is simply unbeatable! The cuisine is full of flavour and prepared with fresh ingredients from the market. The chef offers a range of dishes at a unique price (11 euros last time I went) and is inspired by his travels and experience as a cook around the world and I can truly say this guy has a great palate, spicy or just flavourful, there is something for everyone. My husband had the satay sauce dish and it was delicious too. I would love to have tried one of the deserts as they all sounded fantastic but I didn't have the space to! Nice service and a clean toilet. Highly...
