The worst place I have ever been to - it would rather have deserved minus 10 stars than only even one!

We thought we could grab a quick bite there before heading on to our evening engagement which was a huge mistake. The place is entirely chaotic and even though our order was written down we first didn't even get our drinks at all, then only half of them and had to repeat the order for the rest. The glass they brought along with the water was so filthy that I drank the water from the bottle. After 45 minutes I asked whether they had forgotten about us which was denied. Another twenty minutes later we received an obscure dish we hadn't ordered, but the waitress just dumped it on our table and went away before we were even able to let her know. By that time we were starving, so tried a bit of it, but the taste was foul and since the salad that came along with it was already brown, we didn't finish it in order to avoid some serious food poisoning. We told the waitress we didn't want the rest of the food any more since it was too late now and what we had got so far was really disgusting so we just wanted to pay and leave. She mumbled something in response (she was not a mother tongue and thus very difficult to understand) and went away. We thought she'd get the bill, but instead she returned with one of the dishes (a salad) we had cancelled and insisted we should eat it. However, the cucumbers were half frozen and the rest didn't look quite right, either. We repeated to her we didn't want it as a result of which she got really rude and started yelling at us. According to her, the food was all perfectly fine and we didn't have to wait long for it at all as there were other guests as well. Well, there were eight other people who had also ordered food; all of them had arrived after us, but received something to eat before us... In the end, we wanted nothing else but get away from this place as quickly as possible so even paid for our whole order although we had partly received the wrong dishes and what was brought to our table was of a quality I strongly doubt can safely be eaten!

L'ambiance était lugubre, nous somme entré il n'y avais personnes, nous avons donc regarder les avis du restaurant(très peu de bon avis), mais il n'y avais que ça d'ouvert. Nous avons donc commander plusieurs plat, la plupart étaient surgeler mais nous avons trouver ça assez bon( sauf une personne de notre groupe qui n'a pas mangé par peur. Le service n'était pas le plus accueillant mais j'ai connue pire. Certains verres était sale mais bons la bière était bonne ( prenez de la chouffe 😉) la gérante ne nous a pas proposé de dessert mais bon je n'en aurais pas pris.
