A Casuccia — Restaurant in Corte

I recently dined at A Casuccia restaurant, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. The restaurant showcased one of the best region's cuisine, with a menu bursting with flavorful dishes sourced from nearby farms and markets, and outsanding Throughout my meal, the service was impeccable - friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to offer recommendations.

As for the food, it was a delightful journey through local flavors from stater to main course and desert. If you're looking for a place that not only serves excellent local cuisine but also provides top-notch service, this restaurant is a must-visit. I left with a full stomach and a smile, eager to return for another taste of corsican cuisine. Given the quality of both the food and service, the prices were more than fair. It's rare to find such a perfect balance between top-notch local cuisine, attentive service, and budget-friendly options. My family of four had an outstanding experience at A Casuccia; beautiful view, very friendly and well communicated service, and delicious food. Also, the restaurant is a tremendous value given the quality of the food and reasonable prices. As Americans with a bit of French language experience, the staff were really fun to interact with as they spoke very patient and clear French and used English to fill in the communication gaps. It's a family owned and run restaurant and you can readily tell by the effort and joy they put into the service. I couldn't recommend this restaurant more highly, best place in 10 days of eating out in Bologna...

C'est vraiment une très belle découverte. Pour ce dernier jour de vacances, on a voulu profiter d'un arrêt à Corte pour dîner. On a choisi de s'arrêter dans ce restaurant. Le personnel est top, souriant, hyper disponible et prend le temps d'expliquer la carte qui est assez spécifique car une majorité des plats est proposé avec de la pâte à pizza en guise de pain (burger, bowl, pain....). On a choisi de se laisser guider par le serveur (Hyacinthe). On a adoré notre passage dans ce restaurant. Tous les conseils étaient vraiment top. Burger délicieux avec des produits frais, un bowl pâtes proposé dans un bowl en pâte à pizza (hyper original et vraiment délicieux... Le bowl se mange pour le coup). Pour ma part, j'ai choisi les cannelloni au brucciu et sauce tomate. Un régal pour toute la famille. Les desserts nous ont fait de l'oeil 😉😁. On a trouvé les tarifs un peu élevés (14€ la tarte aux pommes).... Mais ce sont des desserts à partager ! Ce n'est pas précisé sur la carte. Nous avons donc pris une tarte aux pommes (on vous apporte une tarte !! Pas juste une part! Et sur une pâte à pizza. C'est original et assez léger) et des beignets au Nutella (à partager aussi ... Pâte à pizza beignets). Ce sont vraiment des spécialités de ce restaurant que je conseille de tester. Nous étions 4 (mon mari et mes 2 garçons). On s'est régalé et pour un prix vraiment raisonnable par rapport à toute cette qualité accueil, repas, produits utilisés, ambiance. Je vous recommande ce restaurant.
