A fantastic place. They were full, but seated us outside the dining area under an awning. So kind, and we were grateful. We started with Pastis and beignets de fromage (house made cheese). The chef then brought us an "amuse bouche" of his house-made charcuterie. The best salami I'd ever had in my life, along with ham and I believe slices of Saucisson. Superb. Then came a 1/2 liter of luscious Corsican vin rouge. Entrees were agneau braised in cream and a rôti de porc. Phenomenal. Read moreTo be clear, I have not eaten here. The point is, I tried to. I made a booking in person and agreed a time "around 7.30pm". We arrived at 7.38pm - our table had been given away (and not two minutes earlier, these people had bread in front of them). The owner just said we were not there "on time" and he had no other tables. The man is entitled to run his restaurant as he wishes. On prend agneau de lait , certes il est bon , mais ce sont des morceaux de collier (navarin) pas du gigot, ni meme de l'épaule....morceaux plus nobles et digne d'un vrai resto . Enfin le dessert glaces est bon. La charcuterie Coppa, Lonzo est a 50 € le kg -A Nessa le boucher charcutier le vend 35 € / kg) , c'est cher (certes il y a toujours plus cher) ....mais theoriquement en vente directe ...c'est mieux. Ceci étant j'aimerai bien connaitre la ferme ,car hormis la photo d'animaux aucune trace de celel ci, Dans societe.com TERRA Corsa (dont le site internet, indiqué sur la carte de visite n'existe pas ) est repertorié comme vente alimentaire ....Et malgré un sms demandant si on peut visiter la ferme aux jolis porcs NUSTRALE ...j'attends encore la réponse....Arnaqueur, grand blablateur sur sa ferme...
