We came here for an early lunch, and I really appreciated that it’s one of the very few places open before noon for a proper brunch or meal — definitely a lifesaver when you’re hungry before traditional lunch hours.

That said, the food was a bit underwhelming. We tried two traditional dishes — the beef stew and the pieds et paquets (stuffed lamb stomach) — both sourced from Maison Bondil, a local producer. Unfortunately, they tasted like pre-made dishes: not very fresh, and the flavor was quite flat. The sauces lacked depth, and the seasoning was minimal.

On the brighter side, the side salad and homemade fries were quite good — fresh, crisp, and well-seasoned. However, no bread was served with the meal, which was a bit disappointing for a traditional French lunch.

We also had the avocado toast — visually beautiful with a generous amount of avocado. It’s layered over cream cheese and a fried egg, but again the flavor was bland. I had to add salt and black pepper myself to bring it to life.

Overall, it’s a cozy spot and a convenient brunch option in the area, but the food could really use a boost in freshness and flavor to match its lovely...

Very cute place. Food was disappointing, to the point I am writing a review as I found this place via google maps. Some of this was chalked up to misunderstanding a few things on the menu (our french is just okay) such as the rice actually being a rice/spelt blend in the papillote fish, but honestly the fish was massively under-seasoned and undercooked (I love MR fish which usually helps fish with flavor and texture, but this whitefish was straight up chewy because of it) and my wife's salad was massively over-salted. Courtyard has nice ambience, and it would be a good spot for a late dinner after...

Excellent spot. We sat in the garden, under a big olive tree. The waiter was very friendly and could explain the whole menu in English. They even had mosquito repellant for me since I was being eaten alive. The food was delicious. I loved the mozzarella salad. It had a hint of lavender and garlic and very delicious and interesting to eat. The chicken thigh was also super juicy and soft. The price was very reasonable for a tourist area. Two dishes and two cocktails 45€.
