L’Atelier focaccia — Restaurant in Dijon

En arrivant à l'Atelier Focaccia, on ne connaissait pas du tout cet établissement. Quelle claque !!! A l'intérieur, c'est que du bonheur, on voyage, on a l'impression d'arriver en Italie, Toutes cette variété de Focaccia, de salades du moment , des sandwich, des focaccina, les différentes sortes de Tiramisu, les panacottas aussi ont l'air d'être à tomber, Marc propose même du pain maison puisqu'il est boulanger à la base mais il ne faut pas arriver tard si vous voulez être sûr d'en avoir tellement ses miches de pain partent vite, il y a vraiment un très grand choix, tout est fait maison, ça se voit. On a vraiment envie de tout acheter!!! En plus les prix ne sont pas du tout abusifs. L' équipe qui nous a accueillie était vraiment très pro et accueillante. Après ça on s'est installé en terrasse, on a été très bien servi et après avoir goûté les diférentes focaccias, la pâte est vraiment top, les ingrédients utilisés aussi, pour les Tiramisu, on sent le Mascarpone en restant très léger Verdict: C'est une tuerie!!!

We have already encountered this while walking in Dijon. A super nice square, with their small restaurant on the corner. A very smooth and pleasant service.
