Le Déclic — Restaurant in Dijon

Das wichtigste an einem Lokal ist die Qualität der Speisen. Alles andere war stimmig: Freundliches Personal, alles sehr sauber, ansprechende Karte, aber die Hauptspeise (Perrières) hat mir überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Die Zusammenstellung der Komponenten war einfach nicht stimmig. Gefüllte Teigtaschen, über die kalte (!) Lachsstreifen gelegt werden, finde ich extrem einfallslos. Die Champignons waren zur Hälfte roh, das Gemüse (Auberginen und Zucchini) völlig verkocht. Hmmm, das hätte ich besser hinbekommen, wenn ich nur auf die Idee gekommen wäre, diese Zusammenstellung zu wagen. Immerhin war dieses Gericht mit "Neu" auf der Karte gekennzeichnet. Das hätte eine Warnung sein müssen. Vielleicht sollte man dieses "Neu" besser in "Experimentell" ändern? The most important thing about a restaurant is the quality of the food. Everything else was coherent: Friendly staff, everything very clean, appealing menu, but I didn't like the main course (Perrières) at all. The composition of the components was simply not coherent. Filled dumplings with cold (!) salmon strips on top are extremely unimaginative. Half of the mushrooms were raw, the vegetables (aubergines and courgettes) completely overcooked. Hmmm, I could have done better if only I'd had the idea of daring to put this together. After all, this dish was marked "New" on the menu. That should have been a warning. Perhaps it would be better to change this "New" to...

One of the best around Place Cordeliers and away from the hustle and bustle of of place de la Libérté. Very friendly and welcoming ambience with approachable and efficient staffs. Reasonably priced. Delicious menu especially the omelette is just divine! I'm staying in an Airbnb on holidays in Dijon and Le Déclic (reminds me of the Click comics books, but I digress) is my special treat. It's lively but restrained which creates a memorable...

i just want to take one cup of coffee for drive back paris but when i sat down the waitress came to us and said « we dont serve a drink we only serve for food in this time » but today it’s a Saturday and the time i went to ask it’s 14.35 !!! And i went to ask the bar next to and he said normally they’re serve for coffee in this time!! Oh and many tables still available too. Merci...
