SO — Restaurant in Dijon

We visisted Dijon from Canada and So restaurant was amazing from the reservation booking to the meal. Rié was fantastic doing everything front of house herself and the food was both incredibly delicious and fresh. We tried the house cocktail and split a bottle of wine and we each got a different starter, main, and dessert so we could try everything. I normally don’t prefer fish but I had the cod as we were in France and it was absolutely amazing and we ate every bite. We especially loved the desserts. It was our first time at a Michelin Star restaurant and we were blown away with the quality of food and service as well as the value with the price. Traditional French cuisine made new again! A brilliant fall menu with venison and wild boar and mushrooms and so many other wonderful flavors. It's worth a visit just to see the extensive wine list, with many excellent choices in the lower price ranges. Don't expect much in the way of ambiance, but it won't matter, because the food is just that good. Very reasonable prices.

Small and cozy restaurant in the historical center of Dijon. Clear and simple lines dominate the interior. The kitchen, French with Japanese accents, is very delicate and well concepted. The veal tartar with mustard sauce was very fine. The fish with clams in a rich consume was very tasteful and indeed more on the Asian side.
