The sites and scents of the food as we walked by enticed us to make a reservation for later that evening. Modern decor, friendly staff. We had brochettes (their specialty) with salad and fries, as well as some local wine. The "Filet Mignon" brochette was one recommended by the server, so I ordered it. My husband ordered the regular "beef". When the food arrived, I was confused as one skewer was clearly white meat, and the other steak. We asked the server if there was a mistake, and he explained that in France "filet mignon" refers to pork, and asked if I wanted it changed. I said no, as it was my mistake, and it was delicious! We all had a good laugh, and he seemed perfectly willing to exchange it due to the misunderstanding, which was very kind of him. We shared an apple tart for dessert, and it was fantastic.

I stopped here for lunch on Saturday and took steak tartare Ă  l'Italien. Excellent quality both for the meat and the French fries. Service on the other hand was just ok'ish, but it's maybe (my guess) because the usual staff was on vacation and was replaced by the summer 'students team'. All the staff including the chefs were extremely young, la cheffe de la salle was the oldest one and barely 25. So yes they were visibly stressed and didn't have time for smiles and small talk with clients. Still there was not much to really complain about, I will just deduct one point for that.

En entrĂ©e : le foie gras de canard accompagnĂ© de son chutney d’oignon rouge (un peu doux Ă  mon goĂ»t, j’aurais apprĂ©ciĂ© un peu plus de peps) et une salade de reblochon panĂ©, bien gourmande. Les plats Ă©taient tout aussi savoureux : une brochette de Saint-Jacques servie avec du riz et une ratatouille maison, ainsi qu’une brochette de filet mignon enrobĂ© de bacon accompagnĂ©e de frites maison, un rĂ©gal ! Le tout servi rapidement, sans attente inutile entre les plats. Pour finir en beautĂ© : une brioche façon pain perdu, incroyablement moelleuse, fondante en bouche, un pur dĂ©lice ! Et une coupe de glace Iceberg, avec une demande spĂ©ciale (le peppermint Ă  part) qui a Ă©tĂ© respectĂ©e avec le sourire. En rĂ©sumĂ© : un excellent restaurant oĂč l’on mange trĂšs bien, avec un service agrĂ©able et des prix tout Ă  fait corrects. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermĂ©s !

I stopped here for lunch on Saturday and took steak tartare Ă  l'Italien. Excellent quality both for the meat and the French fries. Service on the other hand was just ok'ish, but it's maybe (my guess) because the usual staff was on vacation and was replaced by the summer 'students team'. Nous venions rĂ©guliĂšrement dans ce restaurant. Non n’étions pas venu depuis un moment. Sa a beaucoup changĂ©. J’ai Ă©tĂ© déçu. Je suis enceinte de 8 mois et on nous a placĂ© juste devant le bar . Tout le monde passait donc derriĂšre moi. TrĂšs compliquĂ© pour moi avec mon ventre alors que j’ai demandĂ© si j’allais pas gĂȘnĂ© on m’a rĂ©pondu que non. Le service laisse franchement Ă  dĂ©sirer. TrĂšs déçu c’était vraiment pas comme ça avant ! Une serveuse qui c’est Ă©crier «  put
 j’ai mal cul » juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de notre table alors que nous Ă©tions avec nos deux jeune enfants. De plus le bar blindĂ© de verre sales un est tombĂ© et s’est explosĂ© juste derriĂšre moi . J’ai eu super peur ! Et personne est venu vĂ©rifier que nous n’en avion pas sur nous! C’est moi mĂȘme qui a dĂ» retirer les morceau qui on atterrit sur la table. Mon entrĂ©e, un saumon gavlax avec une crĂšme normalement citonnĂ© impossible Ă  manger tellement c’était fade. Je sais pas oĂč Ă©tait le citron ? Pour ce qui est des plats ils sont toujours aussi copieux. Et super bien prĂ©sentĂ©. La viande toujours aussi excellente ! Mais en effet le service est dĂ©plorable ! Heureusement que la cuisine reste quand mĂȘme assez bonne. TrĂšs déçu en toute franchise. Nous sommes venus pour l’anniversaire de mon mari. Nous n’étions pas venus depuis plusieurs mois. C’est dĂ©cevant. Une Ă©quipe trĂšs jeune nous n’avons reconnu personne peut ĂȘtre que la direction a changĂ© ? De plus lundi d’avent nous avons essayĂ© d’appeler toutes la journĂ©e pour rĂ©server et sur le rĂ©pondeur il donnait heur et jour d’ouverture mais aucune rĂ©ponse. Nous avons donc appris hier soir qu’ils Ă©taient en vacances
