Makai food & café SEIGNOSSE — Restaurant in District of Dax

One waitress serving about 5 tables when we arrived. 2 had already ordered and had food. 1 had been seen and 2 waiting to order. A third table sat while we were waiting

we were ignored completely as we sat down for 15 minutes - eventually just got up and got our own menu waitress took a solid 10 minutes to process a groups payment while the chef sat in the kitchen with no orders to prepare with tables waiting she complained when a group sat at a dirty table, even tho no spare tables were clean

All of above would be fine, but she was acting like she was at her own home - no sense of urgency, bad attitude, no respect for customers - unprofessional

We left after 15 minutes gaging that we probably wouldn’t eat for at least another 30 at her pace.

Hope she can take this feedback on board so customers have a better experience in future - we won’t be...

The Bowls are amazingly tasty, especially the one with the poisson cru à la Tahitienne. Very fresh ingredients and nicely seasoned.
