Vach' et Moi — Restaurant in Draguignan

This is by far the worst restaurant I have been to in a while. We started with some drinks. Ordered a pomme juice for my daughter. When they served her drink it looked weird, with some black pieces floating in it. When I told this to the waitress, she apologized but smiled to her colleague. Very weird! We got a new pomme juice, which had a totally different colour!

Unfortunately we already ordered the food as well. The entrecote was the worst that I have ever eaten in my life. The sole of my shoe was probably easier to chew on. It also tasted very burnt. I did not eat much of it, but in the end I still had to pay for it. Worst customer experience ever seen.

My advice: choose one of the other great...

Terrible experience! We called beforehand to check they had vegan options and they said they had one burger, so we decided to give it a go. When we arrived it was very busy, no A/C, flies everywhere and even though there were many waiters, they were not even acknowledging us. It took over 5 minutes of 4 of us standing there for one of them to show us a table, and then another 10 min to bring a menu. At that point when we saw the prices and the rest we decided to leave. Not worth the sweat and possible food...

Cameriere maleducatissimo. Il locale ha i tavolini nuovi in legno ma a noi era toccato un vecchio tavolo in plastica che non stava in piedi. Non parlo, ovviamente, dei tavoli con 4 gambe che a volte traballano, causa il pavimento non pianeggiante. Ma si reggeva su un'unica gamba che non era fissata. Impensabile per chiunque poterci mangiare! Lo abbiamo detto al cameriere che prendeva le comande e lui ha preso il piano del tavolo e lo ha sovrapposto per almeno 10 centimetri a quello in cui stavano cenando una coppia di persone che é rimasta allibita, visto che già i tavolini sono di piccole dimensioni ed é difficile metterci 2 piatti, i contorni e la bottiglia di vino. Abbiamo fatto tutti notare al cameriere che sovrapporre il tavolo a quello degli altri non solo diminuiva lo spazio già piccolo per pranzare, ma dovevamo quasi sederci in braccio a loro per starci! Lui ha risposto molto maleducatamente e abbiamo chiesto di cambiare OVVIAMENTE tavolo. Ci ha detto che i tavoli che si erano liberati li voleva dare a persone in coda che aspettavano. Cosa assurda perché se il tavolo era da buttare e invece lo avevano messo lí per avere piú coperti, era giusto dare a noi il tavolo libero. Haa di nuovo risposto in maniera molto maleducata e SOLO GRAZIE al padrone (credo) del locale, ci é stato dato il tavolo che il cameriere non voleva darci. Camerieri cosí fanno solo male ai locali. Di certo non ci torneremo. Ora capisco perché negli altri locali c'era una coda lunghissima per mangiare e qui si riversavano, come abbiamo fatto...
