This was THE worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant and one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever experienced in any industry. The wait staff was unbelievably obnoxious and rude(coming from a former waiter). We ended up not eating here (after waiting 45 minutes for a menu and 50 minutes for water) so I cannot comment on the food. Our table was never inconsiderate or impolite at any point. The good - amuse bouche was tasty and a nice touch, like that they accommodate kids with smaller portions and nice location. The bad - My kids mocktails had what looked like green mould in them. Service with drinks was kind of slow. When we asked for mayonnaise for the fries they didn't arrive until they were cold. The ugly - I spent the whole night/morning being poorly with food poisoning. The service was great and the restaurant was so busy by 8pm that they were turning people away at the door. I recommend arriving early or pre booking.
