À Royal Spice — Restaurant in Gex

I live in San Diego CA. We spent an evening celebrating the birthday of one of my friends living here. First off, walking in the colorful decorated dining area room was very impressive and inviting. Staff greeted up promptly, they were very warm, gracious, kind, gave us suggestions throughout the evening. They made me feel like part of their own family and kept a watchful eye on us while eating. Menu was impressive & huge. So many many choices to select from. I chose the mixed grill as my main course. This is a must. The various meats were prepared uniquely and the taste was unbelievably so good. I was very impressed. The meat were also set on a large plate of sautéed vegetable. If you’re looking for an evening like ours not to be forgotten or even a lunch if that’s your choice, don’t even hesitate to go to this marvelous Indien experience. Delicious food, awe-inspiring indian themed decor, very committed waiters and waitresses to great service managed by beautiful indian family, awesome atmosphere, quiet location and good value for money! Clearly overrated. Curries are awfully sweet (sugar is addictive and some people may find it good...), and portions are small. Presentation is below average and prices are very high for what you get (leaving side the non-food). Service is ok, but the decoration reminds of a cheap strip club...
