Noisy!! If you are looking to sleep well do not book here! I had to stay here for work and there were very noisy guests next to me (until after 02:00) I called the front desk and they did absolutely nothing about it. Instead I was told there’s nothing they could do about it and I had to wait for the manager to come the following day. When I asked for a different room, they downgraded me and told me it’s the same as the room I had before which was a blatant lie because the bed was so much smaller, no balcony, smaller room, next to a noisy staircase, just all around worse! And again I was told “there’s nothing I can do about you, you have to wait for...

The food, service, and atmosphere are all good. And I do like the hotel style and the classical decoration.

However, according to the unpleasant part of my experiences, please make sure the air conditioner in your booked room works before you check in. Plus, you should absolutely avoid the rooms near the hall (behind the reception) on weekends. It can be incredibly noisy even after midnight lately...
