Had high hopes for this place as it received the trip advisor excellence but I was disappointed. First time going there, I had the banana cooked in butter with raisins, flambéed in rum (2/5). The banana and crepe were lovely, but there is too much rum! The rum completely overpowered everything else and I had to take advantage of the tilt of the table to only eat the non-rum-soaked parts of it.

But anyway, my boyfriend and I came back again the next day to give the place another chance to redeem itself. I had the grand marnier flambéed crepe with almonds and again, it felt like the chef poured a shot on my crepe after cooking it. Maybe I’m just not accustomed to the flambé method of cooking but the alcohol tasted so strong! Personally, I’d rate it a 2/5. My boyfriend had the crepe with hazelnut cream, chantilly and ice cream and it tasted sooo good (5/5).

My advice is to avoid the flambé crepes and stick to those with Chantilly (sth like...

We were ignored for the first 20 minutes in spite of a reserved table. Then the very confused and not so english speaking waiter got our drinks wrong. The food had it's value, but the savory crepes were average (except for the scallopes, they were excellent). The cheese inside one crepe had no taste - in france. We were really disappointed after reading all the good reviews. At least the price was not too high - 35€ for 2 savory crepes, one sweet crepe, two glasses of wine and 1 liter of table water. When we wanted to ask for the bill we were ignored again, so we had to go...

This is one of the best galettes that I have ever had and we ate lots of them when we were in Brittany. The lady who served us was under a lot of pressure the the complete (that is a buck wheat gluten free pancake with ham, egg and cheese) was absolutely fantastic.Great setting in a square under the great big tree and a wonderful small carafe of rose. If you arevisiting the ill town of Vence look out for this place as a...

Great food and great location, shame the female waitress was fairly abrupt almost rude at times, cannot sit for just drinks either, never mind, would have been 5 stars as the actual crepe was magnificent
