Ce restaurant n'accueille pas les personnes seules. Ils ne reçoivent que des groupes de deux personnes ou plus. En tant que client venu dîner, pourquoi, après avoir attendu dans la file, on m'informe que je ne suis pas accueilli, alors qu'ils reçoivent avec le sourire deux personnes qui viennent seulement regarder un match sans manger ? J'ai attendu une heure dans la file, d'autres clients sont partis, libérant des tables, mais on m'a dit qu'ils ne pouvaient pas me recevoir. Est-ce qu'une personne seule n'a pas le droit de dîner ici ? Dans un pays qui prône la liberté, l'égalité et la fraternité, c'est choquant de voir une telle discrimination envers les clients seuls. J'ai patienté une heure sans aucune information ni communication, tandis qu'ils ne servaient que les groupes plus nombreux. Si le critère d'accueil est basé sur le montant de la consommation, merci de le dire directement. Si vous êtes seul, n'allez pas dans ce restaurant, car les clients individuels ne sont pas les bienvenus. Le comportement de ce restaurant, qui privilégie les profits au détriment de la courtoisie et de l'éthique, est tout simplement inacceptable et écœurant.

Comme vous l'avez dit, vous devriez demander au serveur qui travaillait hier soir pourquoi une telle chose inacceptable s'est produite. Je ne vais pas mentir, j'ai attendu une heure, jusqu'à ce que des clients partent et qu'il y ait des tables libres, mais on ne m'a toujours pas laissé manger. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi ? Est-ce parce que la consommation d'une personne n'est pas suffisante ? Donc vous demandez aux clients qui ne veulent que regarder le match et ne pas manger, tandis que j'ai attendu une heure, un client qui voulait vraiment dîner, mais qui a été complètement ignoré, même après 21h00, avec des tables disponibles, vous ne m'avez pas laissé m'asseoir. Vous avez abandonné le service et la morale, en choisissant l'argent. Je peux payer pour deux personnes, il suffit de me le dire. Vous avez offert un bon service aux clients à partir de deux personnes. Vous avez abandonné un vrai client qui a attendu une heure, même avec des tables libres. C'est vraiment regrettable et incompréhensible. Veuillez demander à votre serveur si ce que je dis est vrai. J'ai attendu de 20h00 à 21h10. J'ai même demandé l'heure de fermeture de votre cuisine. We were very disappointed with the service during our visit. Despite making a reservation in advance, we were seated at a table in a far corner of the restaurant. It quickly became apparent that there was a noticeable pattern: guests who were not from Europe, including us, were being seated at the less desirable tables, while walk-in guests from Europe were given the more prominent and comfortable spots — even the ones we were told were reserved for a “large group.”

When we politely requested to change our table, the staff insisted those tables were unavailable, yet they were soon given to others who had just walked in. It was deeply disheartening to feel this kind of discrimination — especially in the 21st century, when inclusivity and respect should be the norm.

The food itself was excellent but unfortunately, the experience was tainted by the unwelcoming and unfair treatment we received. No matter how good the cuisine is, poor service takes away from the entire experience
