I canât understand to wait 1 hour for my order. I was very disappointed. The service is not thinking about the clients , as I understood, but concentrate on its own things. I didnât understand how to make the order to pay cash, the employee just said yes you can pay on Kassa, I needed to find out step by step how to make the order online, then pay on Kassa and only then wait for my order. Then the order was on the screen, i waited long, then it disappeared, I needed to show my invoice with the order. My salad was picked with souse, the woman who was busy on Kassa and with delivery, mixed my salad as well. I understand she has a lot of stuff - then give me it separate and I will do it by myself at home, that is not so terrible as to wait for it about 30 min. I ordered 2 salads, so one of them was wrong and without souse. Then to wait for my second order I needed again like 30 min and it was JUST grand Fritte. I said twice just Fritte, it was behind the personal⊠and the number of second order is just the next after first order, still I waited about 30 min. between. I canât understand⊠the woman who delivered the order (my order was not on the screen anymore) she pronounced it on French , I needed to find out again.
Iâve read a lot of similar comments on this Thema about long waiting, if you think McD has a name, you have enough clients - itâs not ok to have service like this. I understand it was evening, a lot of clients, still itâs not ok , I would recommend the personal to be much more organised and distribute responsibilities clearly . Also Iâve read the answer of Mc on the comment about purity and you say itâs a priority for you. I would also recommend most of all to have your clients as the priority and their needs. When I asked if there were any problems and why my order not was delivered they did not answer. So I asked for my money back and they was given to me. Not any explanations or âwe are sorryâ.
