Good location but facility not in best maintained condition. For example:||1. Smoke detector was removed and never replaced|2. Wifi only worked in bedroom for first three days; when technician finally came , it worked after a simple router reset (why not on day one???)|3. Bathroom odor throughout the stay was horrible - sewage smell.|4. Front desk staff was less than involved in the problem(s); except for one person (do not recall her name, but i think she was manager) who seemed to be more customer focused. |5. The designated five person studio had exactly one electrical outlet for e.g. a single charger. When we asked for an extension cord with multiple outlets, we were told this was forbidden.|6. First two person studio was less than desirable (200 series) as it did not even have a permanent bed (foldout couch); we asked for a different studio with more light... we received the five person studio on 1st floor next to the canal which was a good location; but with a significant surcharge. ||Overall, we had a pleasant stay after relocating to the larger studio; but had to keep the bathroom door closed due to the unpleasant sewage smell.||Pool is nice, but restaurant was closed due...
Read moreWe had to clean the apartment ourselves. When we had asked after arrival for another room the man said that they are fully booked and that it is on us for coming here over the holidays. He said we should be grateful that he is even here during his break. The refrigerator was broken and when we got another one a few days later the came unexpectedly early to our room. The refrigerator they installed had black mold. After we had to clean the wet floors and dirt they left behind. The two WIFI boxes that we got for our apartment weren’t even strong enough to watch a film. All the appliances in the apartment were dirty and most lights weren’t working. We got no bed sheets or linen and when we ask for them we didn’t even get enough. Shampoo and shower gel we had to buy ourselves even though it was included and upon check-in we had to pay additional fees. When opening the backdoor cats were often trying to get into the apartment so we had to keep it shut. The tenants leave food bowls for them outside. Most walls and windows had brownish spots on them. However, even after that clear promise, I have still received nothing, and again, no replies to my follow-ups since.||The problem is not just the missing money, it’s the complete lack of communication and responsibility.
