service there, on the other hand, is probably the worst I've tried. we start with a really good waiter who was on then we get our food. we ask if our children can see dessert short. it never comes. you can forget that. after we finish eating we ask if we can have dessert short again. and for 20 minutes nothing happens, but 3 times he can go to the table right next to him and chat loosely with 4 ladies. then we ask again and again for a dessert card. 5 minutes later we got it like this. but after 15 min and they weren't coming down to see in yet. Une expérience absolument parfaite chez Neosud à Vence ! Dès l’arrivée, on est charmé par le cadre : une ambiance chaleureuse, moderne mais conviviale, avec une décoration soignée qui met tout de suite à l’aise. La terrasse est très agréable, parfaite pour profiter du climat de Vence.

L’accueil est irréprochable : le personnel est attentif, souriant et disponible tout au long du repas. On sent une vraie passion du service et une envie de faire plaisir aux clients.

Côté cuisine, c’est un sans-faute. Les plats sont savoureux, généreux et préparés avec des produits frais de qualité. La carte propose un bel équilibre entre créativité et authenticité, avec des associations de saveurs très réussies. La présentation est soignée, ce qui ajoute encore au plaisir des yeux avant celui des papilles. Mention spéciale pour la cuisson parfaitement maîtrisée et l’assaisonnement juste.

Les boissons et la sélection de vins s’accordent très bien avec les plats, et les desserts sont un vrai régal pour terminer le repas sur une note gourmande.
