Being a true Pizza Napoletana lover I tried (take away) pizzas from the newest italian style pizza place in the town. The waiting was super short (no other guests at the moment), yet I guess they do not have a Napoletan style wood fire oven, the pizzas could have been cooked a bit longer.
The dough is tasteless and pizzas not made to perfection. The tomatoe sauce on the Margherita was a bit tart but decent, and the fior di latte good. My company was however really disappointed by the special pizza bianca ”Carbonara”. The flavors were off and dough not cooked properly. Opening hours are great.

I ordered four pizzas—two of them arrived with one side of the crust burnt. Absolutely Inedible and i love eating the crust on pizzas. So apparently, you have a 50% chance of receiving a 50% burnt pizza. That’s not just careless—it’s disrespectful. Looking at those pizzas and deciding they were acceptable to send out shows a total lack of care or pride in your product.
The worst part? I had friends over and had been hyping Piperno up. Instead, I ended up embarrassed and apologizing for your failure. This isn’t a one-off mistake—it’s a shameful level of quality...
