Bohobos Hostel — Hotel in Grasse

All the 5* reviews are misleading. It was just a normal hostel, honestly below average. There was no AC or even a fan so it was extremely hot and stuffy upstairs, I woke up with a sore throat. There’s nothing worse than being in a hostel and being sick. I’ve stayed at other hostels where the private rooms were much nicer. See photos of nasty stuff on the wall (yeah… it does look like what you’re thinking), mold in the shower, and the FILTHY air vent (probably why I got sick). You can hear literally any sound in the entire building and outside as well. The blonde woman at the front was incredibly unwelcoming, I couldn’t tell if it was bc I don’t speak French or if she’s just like that in general. Sorry, I wish I could speak every language in the world but I can’t. I hope she finds a job outside of hospitality because this is clearly not for her!! Oh yeah, the entire place also SMELLS to high heavens....

Best hostel I ever stayed in! 🌟 So organised and comfortable you can easily live there for prolonged period of time.✨️ Super convenient location, 5 minutes walk away from train station, port, city center and supermarkets. 😎 In the room there are capsule bed and a wardrobe for each guests. In the kitchen every person has his own shelf in the fridge and a storage cabinet. 🙌 Cleaning standard of both rooms and common areas are very high.👌 The atmosphere is chill and people are pretty friendly. 🙃 A special mention goes to the lovely receptionist Zoe for being always so nice and answering all my silly questions and giving awesome advices(included the best croissant in town!)!🫶 Thank you for everything 🙏 I highly recommend staying at...

The staff were very helpful. I was arriving very late, but Zoe has sent me all the information I needed for the check in with detailed instructions. I didn’t need to ask again. When I arrived, I was surprised how clean the hostel was. The sitting rooms and the kitchen were very tidy and comfortable. The room was very nice and quiet. It had everything I needed. Especially the Aircon. Beds very cozy and clean. The shower room was also very clean to my surprise. This was my first Hostel experience and I didn’t expect it to be so cool.
