Le Mazot — Restaurant in Grenoble

Had dinner with my family of 5. The owner served us. We communicated using Google translate. He was very hospitable and friendly. Tried his best to explain to us each french dish and the local specialty. The food was very good. The dessert and apperitif ended the evening on a very pleasant note. We will return. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

Dropped in at short notice with a group of 14 at lunchtime over the new year period. The welcome was very warm and friendly. Service was excellent considering the size of group and unexpected nature. All the food went down very well, especially the special galettes and double cheese burgers. Easily the best welcome we had throughout our stay in Les deux alps.

Small, cosy...

Nous cherchions un restaurant pour deux un samedi soir de janvier, Impossible de trouver tout était plein (et c'était hors vacances scolaires). Nous entrons dans ce petit resto, le serveur (patron?) Nous annonce qu'il a de la disponibilité qu'à partir de 21h15. Aller OK on va attendre en se baladant.

Retour vers 21h15, nous voilà à l'étage du restaurant pour manger. Le resto est petit avec une petite mezzanine.

On commande une croûte et une tartifflette. Je me dis aller go je vais prendre un supplément charcuterie (on teste dans le gras). Et bah franchement le supplément pour 4.5€ c'était super, belle quantité et qualité au rdv. Le repas était vraiment top top et les desserts (tiramisu Nutella) exquis.

Après avoir réglé (57€ pour deux avec boissons + plats + desserts), le serveur (patron? 😀) nous a proposé un petit digestif. super sympa.

En conclusion, restaurant super sympa, un serveur adorable et un rapport qualité prix très très intéressant.
