Pizzeria Come Prima — Restaurant in Grenoble

The first time I went I had a pleasant experience. The food came quick and the pizza was good. The second time, I was celebrating my wife’s birthday, but unfortunately we had a quite unpleasant experience. The food was actually very good but it took roughly one hour to arrive. My wife could not eat her plate (Linguini al Ragu) because it was too spicy and extremely hot. My pasta (Malfaldine alla Tartufata e Burrata) got cold very quickly but is was delicious. The glasses and cutlery were not so clean. My expectations were higher, so I ordered the most expensive bottle of wine, a Chianti, thinking it was something special. For my surprise after some weeks I found the same wine at a supermarket (Lidl) at a very cheap price. In my opinion, it is disrespectful to serve a low quality wine at this price pretending that is “Reserva” (on the menu) which is not even written on the bottle. I was fooled and because of that I suppose their ingredients might also be of low quality just as the most expensive...

One of the weirdest place I visited, there were 40 chairs outside that were vacant but they insisted that we wait outside for 5 minutes, because opening time is 7 pm and it was 6.55 pm. Now I very reluctantly decided to sit in because my friends wanted to. Now we were 4 and we ordered 3 plates of food with different drinks, since the fourth person was not hungry... Now drum rolls "one cannot order if the number plates does not match the number of people". What a weird place is it, first they are rude next they will feed you with your money even if you are not hungry. We insisted that we did not want another plate and we are ready to order extra beer because money wasn't one of our concerns, still rude staff had a pasted smile evidently humiliating.

Please don't visit this place. I am very sad that I sat and ate...

Me and my friends had the worst experience at this restaurant. We were hungry and wanted to have a really good dinner so we decided to sit outside when the restaurant itself was not busy at all. We ordered our food, two pizzas and a pasta with high hopes only to have been waiting there for over an hour for our food whilst the restaurant got filled up and everyone else got their orders. This was extremely upsetting and we even asked where our order was and we were told it would be straight out, it didn’t come.
