Buffalo Grill Les Herbiers — Restaurant in La Roche-sur-Yon

Worst experience ever!!! I have been in buffalo Grill in olonne-sur-mer and when i had a fantastic day with my family in Puy Du Fou and then we decided to go to Buffalo Grill in Les Herbiers (15minuts away from Puy Du Fou). As i work in france on a campsite and i see my family very rarely it was there last day so we wanted to end the day best way we possibly could. But going to Buffalo Grill in Les Herbiers was the worst experience i ever had as a customer. My mother wanted to get a coffee as it was very late and the waiter ask if that was a joke that she wants a coffee as her drink then we waited for a fascinating 30 minutes (wow). But the customer service did not improve at all! So we got our starters and (im not joking) i have waited 1hour and 7 minutes to get a burger (medium) and i got a burger that half was burned and other half was just fine. And i mean burned it looked like someone cremated it.( OUR FOOD WAS COLD, SWEETCORN WAS BLACK ON ONE SIDE AND HIDDEN SO WE COULDNT SEE THE BURNED AERA, STAFF VERY RUDE AS THEY WERE TAKING OUR ORDER ANOTHER WAITER CAME UP STARTED TALKING TO THE OTHER ONE AND IGNORED US! Je mets une étoile pour ne pas mettre un zéro ! Mais ça ne vaut pas plus.... Nous avons réservé pour l'anniversaire de ma fille. Je précise au téléphone ,au préalable que c'est pour l anniversaire d'un enfant. On me dit que le gâteau est offert, très bien , jusque là pas de souci. Nous commandons. Le serveur nous signale que certains produits choisis sont en rupture, nous nous orientons vers autre chose, pas le choix. Le plat arrive , nous avions demandé un steack saignant celui est à point .... Puis voici le moment des desserts, on nous dit encore qu'il y a rupture sur le dessert choisi. Allô, comment est ce possible d'être en rupture de produits lorsque vous êtes en pleine saison ou les touristes défilent à pleine vue...ça c'est un fait, mais pour couronner notre soirée, on apporte à ma fille une petite coupelle de chantilly avec une bougie dessus en guise de gâteau d'anniversaire !!!!!!!!! Sérieux, ou va t'on. Elle s'attendait à souffler son gâteau au restaurant avec une musique d'accompagnement, mais rien de tout cela, très déçue, et nous aussi. We love eating at buffalo but this is the first time eating at this branch. Lunch time when we arrive and long lane but they serve fast not too long to wait for our turn.
