Our experience was fine enough. The staff was a little bustling and showed it by racing around(but still very attentive and helpful considering our basic French and their busy pace). Food was good but a little expensive for what was elevated “sea pub” food. But you’re on the harbor which is of course part of the cost so I suppose that’s expected. Our tuna tartare was 23€ with a handful of fresh lettuce and some kind of fresh cauliflower casserole pile. The tartare was fresh and good but I still thought that was a bit expensive. Wish I would have stuck to my original intentions and tried a meat instead. I would love to see the sticky bistro bar atmosphere off season ..I bet it’s super cozy and warming and less fast paced and cramped. Would be good with a family though since it seemed quite kid friendly (costs aside). Although they did nothing wrong, during high season we we will be trying some other places and not immediately drawn back here. —-please note although full and busy, they did not rush us which was nice! And service...

My girlfriends entrée was an avocado and gamba salad. The avocado was solid though, pity. The service was very fast, in a touristy style. They didn't really want to spend too much time on our table. We had a couple of uncalled for comments from the waiters which isn't nice to hear. We arrived and asked for a table, the server pointed to one and suggested we take it. We asked if we could sit further out in the sun. He agreed and said "there is a bit of wind out there". We then went out and saw for ourselves how bad it was. It was a little too much so we went back and grabbed the table he originally suggested. He then sarcastically said :"it's good to listen to the server sometimes" with a...
Read moreIt's too bad that the host (old lady with long hair) thinks that she stands above you. When you ask a simple question: when it is the best time to get a table (they don't take reservations) on a daily basis, she will laugh in your face and will walk away. It's a nice place to eat, I guess, but will never éver recommend to eat here just because of this behavior and, reading the rest of the comments, i am not the only one. How difficult is it, to answer a normal question. Just say: well, if you are here early in the evening, around 6, you might be lucky to get a table. Please! Don't think you are Michelin star worthy, like if there is a waitinglist or something. I will spend my money somewhere else, and so my...
