Very bad atenttion for people with special food needs. We asked the waitress (kindly) to remove the cheese from one dish and to remove the bread from another because we are intolerants she was super rude. She looked annoyed, as if we went there just to brother her. We tried to explain the reason of our requirements but she did not care. The worst were her faces and body gestures, she did not like us, she was not happy attending us, and wanted to make sure we knew it. Of course, after this we refuse to take dessert or coffee, and she still have time (and mood) to dedicate bad faces to us. Read moreWe (Asian couple with small child) arrived at this restaurant on Monday noon and waited for 25 minutes. One of servers are extremely rude and seemingly racist from behaviour . He was not talking and greeting properly to us. We saw him speaking nicely to other white /native and told them to wait at a place and called them later. With us, he was saying NO NO place. We understand it was busy period but could tell us to wait at designated place but he did not even listen or hear us. What a waste at such a good restaurant!! Read moreI’m writing of behalf of my friend who went there this morning at 9:30. We drove for 4 hours & he was really starving so he went straight away to the 1st place he saw on google, “Le Grand Quai”, big mistake.
He wanted to order right away but the waitress told him to sit down first as is the way they work over there. He waited for about 25 minutes, nobody came, nobody asked anything in all this time, so after 30 minutes he left. I can’t believe this restaurant even stays in business. HORRIBLE...
