Crêperie Pizzeria L'EXPLORATEUR — Restaurant in Le Mans

Unfortunately one of just few places open on Sunday. I don’t ever leave bad reviews, but the service here is really appalling. Rude, inconsiderate, indifferent. We observed how the owner served other tables and it was like he didn’t care. One family of five been waiting on their feet by the side of the toad for over an hour, he was completely ignoring them. I felt so sorry for the family. They asked if they could have a table for 4 with an extra chair, but he said no several times. I can see the kids were getting very hungry. Absolutely awful. We were lucky we’ve got food, couldn’t get the bill as no one was coming to our table and any eye contact or attempt to ask for a bill was ignore. In the end left the money on the table without anyone bringing us the bill. The food was very mediocre, but not much choices to eat out on Sunday. If you can find a different place, don’t bother with this one. You will not be appreciated as a guest, no you will get a good service. One of the worst places I’ve been to and would never come back. Terrible place. We had to wait about 90 minutes with our 2 daughters of 5 and 6 year old for the dessert. The man who was serving us just ignored us. I have never had such an experience in my whole live. Perhaps there was an issue with the staff occupation, but the least he could do was apologize instead of not looking at us at all.

expérience décevante. Cadre : oui pas mal on est bien installé et la rue est calme, la déco ca passe même si cela ne fait pas si "explorateur " que ça. Personnel : Nous avons eu la jeune fille noire, très bien, souriante et agréable. Nous avons eu aussi le jeune homme. Il est agréable mais semblait très perdu, il oublie des choses, découvre sa carte, cela ne fait pas très sérieux et cela fait très amateur. Nourriture : Aie, c'est assez médiocre... Les pizzas sont mal maîtrisées (pâte pas assez alvéolées), les crêpes (dessert) insipides cela fait crêpes basiques que l'on peut faire chez soi. Le chocolat maison fait bas de gamme, très coulant presque "flotteux", pas de goût prononcé en chocolat. Alors pour une crêpe à 2€ j'aurais dit ok c'est nickel mais non la, chez eux, c'est 5€ la crêpe.. oui..... Ca pique. Le cuisto devrait venir faire un stage dans une crêperie à Rennes, cela n'a rien à voir. Bilan : Expérience décevante on ne reviendra pas. Des prix qui ne sont pas à la hauteur des plats.
