Very let down by this restaurant. We had looked forward to it and booked well in advance. We were delayed on our journey down to Le Man and tried to call the restaurant 4 times. Nobody bothered to answer. Then when we arrived they did not seem concerned that we had lost our booking and the customer service was VERY poor given we had tried to call but nobody was answering phones. Professional, attentive and friendly service, good food with excellent ingredients well prepared and well presented. All in all, excellent value for money. Excellent restaurant il y a 3 ans. J'y suis retourné en juin pour tester de nouveau. La qualité des plats n'a pas changé. Accueil agréable. La décoration sobre et douce refaite. Table espacées. Service agréable et attentionné. Le chef travail avec des produits frais. J'ai pris entrée poisson viande dessert. Une erreur sur le poisson. On m'a proposé de refaire le plat. J'ai refusé pour ne pas gaspiller. On m'a proposé en cadeau un verre de vin. J'ai refusé poliment ne buvant que peu d'alcool. On m'a facturé le menu le moins cher sans le supplément truffe qui était dans le plat non commandé. C'est professionnel et honnête. Niveau saveur c'est digne d'un bon gastronomique. Très satisfait. Je recommande vivement. Pensez à réserver. J'y retournerai en octobre avec plaisir. Quel souvenir la tendresse du poisson, le pigeon parfaitememt cuit, le dessert avec la fraise et cette crème au citron avec son aromates citrones frais.

C'est rare que je fasse des éloges mais c'est mérité. Continuez comme ça. Gardez bien votre chef et aussi le nouveau chef pâtissier !
